After debuting at 177 on the global Channel Futures MSP 501 ranking list, Western Australian managed services provider (MSP) Ever Nimble have gone on to be named as the world’s fastest growing MSP.

The Channel Futures MSP 501 is the world’s largest and most comprehensive survey and ranking list in the IT channel. For the 14th year running, managed service providers from around the globe completed an exhaustive survey and application, reporting on product offerings, annual total and recurring revenues, profits, revenue mix, growth opportunities and company and customer demographic information. Applicants are ranked on a unique methodology that weights revenue figures according to long-term health and viability, commitment to recurring revenue, and operational efficiency.

From there, the top 50 fastest growing companies were determined by weighting the sum of the growth rates for total revenue and recurring revenue. The list is comprised of businesses from all around the world, making this achievement impressive on a global scale.

Ever Nimble set out to be a managed service provider with a difference, focusing on next-generation technology and exceptional customer service. Since foundation in 2018, the company has been on a journey of exceptional growth spanning multiple continents.

The company’s ‘follow the sun’ business model has seen Ever Nimble expand nationally and internationally to deliver technical advice and support around the clock. Starting in Perth, Western Australia, it now also has offices in Melbourne, Victoria, and in Swansea, United Kingdom, with another office soon to be opening in Brisbane, Queensland in the coming months.

Chris Morrissey, CEO, says of the result, “Being recognised as the Number 1 Fastest-Growing MSP in the world by the MSP 501 and Channel Futures is something we never dreamed of, and it still hasn’t sunk in! We knew that we were onto something special when we founded the company back in 2018. We always said we wanted to be an MSP that’s different and with a result like this, it’s great to see it paying off. Our team has grown from 5 to 30 in just a few years, and we now have offices in Perth, Melbourne, Swansea UK and soon to be Brisbane.”

“Our incredible team deserves the recognition for this result,” Chris continues, “They are obsessed with providing the best possible service and bringing the greatest technology to our customers all over the world. Our strategic channel partners also have a big contribution, especially Vocus, Dell, Fortinet and Datto, who all supported us as we were starting out and are now a big part of our success.”

Ever Nimble’s Chairman, Jeff Elliott said: “It is an amazing achievement to be recognised as the fastest growing IT services company in the world.  Since starting Ever Nimble in 2018, our mission to focus on delivering exceptional client service, by taking time to understand our client’s business, provide access to the best technology and expertise, and delivering advice in plain English, has resulted in strong and consistent growth for our services. From day one, Chris was focused on building a great company for both staff and clients by sticking to core values that build a strong and collaborative company culture. The ongoing success of Ever Nimble truly is a team effort across staff, suppliers and clients and I pass on my congratulations to all involved.”

This most recent accolade joins an impressive list for the company. In 2020, Ever Nimble ranked #23 on the CRN Fast 50 being acknowledged as one of Australia’s fastest growing IT companies, and in November, Chris Morrissey was recognised at the Women in Technology 2020 Awards as a Top 5 Diversity Ally.
